Jeremy did an excellent job overall especially taking the extra time to inspect and go over the entire roof and reapplying cleaner if needed! He also pointed out any other concerns with my roof while he was cleaning. Also he cleaned a few other areas that wasn't on the list while he was close by them!
I can’t recommend KY Wash Pros enough! Jeremy did a great job on our home and property. He also completed the quote and job in a timely manner.
Great communication and very fair pricing. They did a great job cleaning the exterior of our home. I would highly recommend Ky Wash Pros
Jeremy and his team are very professional, showed up as scheduled and finished on time. But best of all they did a great job! Porches, siding, driveway and metal roofing on our house and farm buildings all look like new! Jeremy even alerted us to a minor repair we needed to make. We highly recommend Kentucky Wash Pros.
KY Wash Pros gave me prompt, professional service cleaning my roof and gutters for a reasonable price. They were personable, thorough and cleaned the porch sidewalks and surrounding yard. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services and am making plans for them to install gutter guards on my house.
I couldn’t be happier with the soft wash on my house, gutter cleaning, and patio/driveway cleaning! They were on time, and paid great attention to detail. My home looks brand new, the gutters are spotless, and the driveway is brighter than ever. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future!
We really appreciate the great job Kentucky Wash Pros did for Living Waters Church. They washed our church steeple and gutters, made them look like new! Very professional - I would highly recommend them and WILL use them again! Thanks, Jeremy!
Highly recommend Jeremy and Kentucky Wash Pros for powerwashing. He did all of our vinyl siding around the whole house and our porches, sidewalks and driveway. Everything looks like brand new!!
Kentucky Wash Pros did an excellent job on my home. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy that they made my home and walk look like brand new even though it is over 25 years old. A big Thank You to them.

Usually not. For most exterior jobs we just need access to the areas being cleaned. We will go over any details, like gates, pets or vehicles, when we schedule your service.
Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions instead of high-pressure spray, which is why it is the common method for roofs and siding. We take care around your plants and landscaping during every job. If you have questions about your specific roof or landscaping, just ask when you call.
It depends on shade, moisture and how quickly mildew or algae comes back. Many homeowners schedule a house wash about once a year, while roofs and concrete may need it less often. We are happy to give you an honest recommendation for your property.
Yes, we work on commercial properties, including storefronts, buildings and flat roofs like the ones in our gallery. HOA communities, churches and rental property owners can call or text us to talk about their needs.
