Why We Soft Wash Instead of Blasting
High pressure can crack vinyl, etch mortar, drive water behind siding and strip paint. A soft wash uses a cleaning solution at low pressure, lets it work, then rinses it away. It kills the growth instead of just knocking the top layer off, so your home stays clean longer.

Hardie Board & Fiber Cement Cleaning
James Hardie and other fiber cement siding is durable, but its painted finish can be scarred by a pressure washer. We soft wash fiber cement at low pressure with a solution that removes algae and dirt while protecting the factory paint and caulked joints.
Stucco Cleaning
Stucco and EIFS are textured and soak up stains, and they can be damaged by too much pressure. We clean stucco with a soft wash only, letting the solution do the work so the texture stays intact and the color comes back evenly.
