Shingle roof before and after soft wash roof cleaning

Our 24-Month Worry-Free Roof Cleaning Warranty

We stand behind our roof cleaning.

Our 24-month worry-free roof cleaning warranty is simple: if black streaks, mold, algae, mildew or any other growth comes back within 24 months, we come back and re-treat those areas at no additional cost. The one exception is roofs with trees close by or branches hanging over them, since the shade and debris speed up regrowth. Those roofs don’t qualify for the warranty, and we will tell you up front if yours is one of them.

Roof cleaning: before & after

Metal roof before and after soft wash cleaning

Metal roof soft wash

No Pressure on Your Shingles

Pressure washing a shingle roof blasts off the granules that protect it and can void a manufacturer warranty. We use a soft wash: a cleaning solution applied at low pressure that kills the algae, moss and lichen at the root, then rinses clean.

  • Asphalt shingle roofs
  • Metal roofs
  • Moss and lichen treated
  • Gutters and downspouts rinsed after
